Introduction

The primary objective of this blog is to provide the interested reader with a summary of Al-Gore's film entitled "An Inconvenient Truth." In brief this film covers the dilemma of global warming and what we can expect to face in the near future. For us as inhabitants of this planet the information provided in this film is of vital importance because it prepares us for the nasty things that could go wrong in terms of adverse atmospheric changes, changes in ocean currents, fluctuations in global temperature, and how all of these changes will combine to make life on earth more of a challenge than it already is. This blog will also contain some elements of a more lighter nature such as pictures and information about my favorite hobby; Model Ships. If the inclusion of such human peculiarities should serve any purpose it would be to the effect of providing a backdrop to the grave and sobering reality of the inconveniant truth that rears is foul head every so often during our tenure in this planet.
